RAEME Birthday 2 CAV REGT Lavarack Barracks

Celebrations for the 77th RAEME Birthday will take place on Fri, 29 Nov 19 from 1230-1630h for Townsville based RAEME personnel. The 2nd Cavalry Regiment will host the event at Waler Lines, Lavarack Barracks, for all members of the Corps in the Townsville region to enjoy. RAQ members are invited to attend.

SEQUENCE OF EVENTS - 29 NOV 19

• 1230 h – Welcome address/safety brief (include pertinent locations SAL, boundaries) introduced con current activity fishing and putting challenge
• 1300 h – Billy Go Kart Race, all participants to the top of hill.
• 1400 h – ASLAV pull, participants to starting location
• 1445 h – Engineering challenge
• 1550 h – Break for awards, promotions, speeches from dignitaries, individual winners, cake etc
• 1630 h – End

RAQ-NQ will man a stand at the activity offering Corps merchandise and RAQ membership

You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) who will meet you at the Lavarack Barracks Pass Office (Melton Black Drive) at 1215h (park your car at front gate carpark), organise base access, provide transport to and from the activity, returning personnel to the pass office approx 1630h
