RAQ Darling Downs RAEME Birthday Luncheon 2022

The RAEME Association Darling Downs luncheon is held quarterly and is open to all members, guests, families, partners and others who are associated with the Corps. Our last function of the year we will be celebrating the Corps Birthday. So come along and be part of the celebrations.

Club Toowoomba is a local community sporting Club and is home to the South Toowoomba Bowls Club.  The club have kindly allocated us a room where members and guests can relax and enjoy a meal and drinks. All attendees can pay a $2 club registration fee on the day, which entitles them to a meal discount (in addition to the meal subsidy for RAQ Members/Serving Soldiers).

Meals are very reasonably priced, and they have a good drink selection.

Accessing the RAQ Member/Serving Soldier Meal Subsidy

The RAQ is supporting members attending the Darling Down luncheon with the offer of one subsidised $10 meal voucher. This discount voucher has been organised in conjunction with Club Toowoomba and the organisers of the event. Registering for the event will assist the organisers with catering numbers and we would appreciate your support of this process.

RAQ Member/Serving Soldier

1. Click the Book Now/Register Button
2. Add your name and email address (If claiming the serving soldier ticket, defence members must use your defence email address).
3. From the drop-down list select either 'RAQ Member Ticket', or 'Serving Soldier Ticket'
4. Click 'Add Ticket' - your selected ticket/s will be displayed
5. Tick 'I'm not a robot'
6. Click 'Save'

You will receive an email confirmation of registration and once checked against the membership data base or your serving soldier email address is confirmed, a voucher will be emailed to you. Present this to the cashier to receive your $10 discount off one meal. 

Non-Member Registration

1. Click the Book Now/Register Button
2. Add your name and email address
3. From the drop-down list select 'Non-Member Ticket'
4. Click 'Add Ticket' - your selected ticket/s will be displayed
5. Tick 'I'm not a robot'
6. Click 'Save'

• Only one voucher can be selected per RAQ Member/Serving Soldier
• We welcome partners attending this event. please also register using non-member registration
