An invitation is extended to all current and past members of RAEME and friends of RAEME to attend our Annual All Ranks Luncheon at the iconic Port Office Hotel. This year we celebrate the 84th Anniversary of the establishment of the Corps and the luncheon provides an opportunity to celebrate our achievements.

Venue:    Port Office Dining Room, Brisbane CBD (Port Office Hotel) Corner Edward and Margaret Streets.

Timings: 1130 hrs pre luncheon gathering for 1230 hrs start, finishing at 1700hrs

Meal:       Entree, Main, desert (cake) tea and coffee.

Drinks:    TBA 

Dress:     Smart Casual

Each ticket includes: - Entry to the RAQ All Ranks Luncheon for one person. - A three-course, family-style meal service. - Tea and coffee. - A drinks package (details to be confirmed).

Discounted tickets are available to current RAQ members and serving soldiers. - Each discounted ticket admits one RAQ member or serving soldier. - Members and serving soldiers may purchase one additional discounted ticket for a guest. - Each ticket includes entry, a meal and the drinks package for one person. - A maximum of 10 tickets can be purchased in a single transaction.

General Entry tickets are available for: - RAQ Email Affiliates. - Non-members. - Additional guests who are not eligible for the discounted ticket price. Each General Entry ticket includes entry, a meal and the drinks package for one person. A maximum of 10 tickets can be purchased in a single transaction.

Tickets can be purchased using either of the following payment methods: - EFT (Bank Transfer) - PayPal – using a PayPal account or credit card. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card. Simply select PayPal at checkout and then choose ‘Pay using a card’ to complete your purchase.

The drinks package is currently being finalised with the venue. Further details about the beverages included will be provided once arrangements have been confirmed.

Yes. You can purchase up to 10 tickets in a single transaction. If you are booking for a group and would like to arrange seating together, please contact the organisers by email.

Yes. If you have any dietary requirements, allergies or food intolerances, please contact the organising team in advance so arrangements can be discussed with the venue.

Yes. Seating will be allocated for the luncheon. If you would like to sit with particular friends, colleagues or a group, please email the organisers with your seating preferences. We will make every effort to accommodate requests, subject to availability and seating arrangements.

The dress code is smart casual.

Ticket sales close at close of business on Tuesday, 24 November 2026. We encourage guests to book early to avoid disappointment.

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation. If you are unable to attend and wish to transfer your ticket to another person, please contact the organisers to discuss arrangements.

Yes! The luncheon will feature guest speakers, with further details to be announced in due course.

Guests are welcome to arrive from 11:30 am, with the luncheon commencing at 12:30 pm. We recommend arriving early to allow time to meet fellow RAEME members, friends and colleagues before the formal proceedings begin.
