The good news is we have confirmed the post March Brisbane function will be held at the Port Office Hotel. The private RAEME function at the Port Office will be open from 1100h and the Buffet Meal will be served from approximately 1200-1400h on the day.

To enter prior to 1400h you will need to purchase a ticket. This is our most popular event of the year and we strongly encourage you to pre-purchase a ticket as the simplest and easiest way to attend. Pre-purchasing gets you into the event.

  7. Select yoiur payment type PayPal or EFT - (Please note: You don't need to be registered with PayPal to pay via Credit or Debit Card)

  10. If you make a mistake simply (X) the tickets and start again.

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with your E-ticket attached. If you make a mistake simply cancel and start again, or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Exchanging Tickets for Entry/Drink/Meal Vouchers

If you have Pre-Purchased tickets, the best option is to print out your E-ticket and bring it along on the day. It will be exchanged for:

  • 1 x Priority Entry
  • 1 x Hot buffett meal
  • 2 x Drink vouchers

If you cannot print your ticket or forget to bring it, we will have attendee lists available to check, however this may delay entry to the venue.

Timings - Entry - Drinks -Meal 

The Port Office Hotel will be open from around 1100 hrs. Drinks will be available for purchase using either a drink voucher or purchased across the bar. The Buffet Meal for those with Pre-Purchased Tickets will be served from approx 1200-1400 hrs.

ANZAC Day March - Details are here

If you have pre registered, you will  receive a confirmed registration via email (Check your junkmail). Easiest thing is to print this out if you can and show this to one of the Team at the Port Office door or if you are attending the March at the FUP and it will be exchanged for your meal and drink tickets. If you haven't received your registration email, it's all good, we have lists at the door. Just mention this to any of the Team and we'll provide your tickets.

The Port Office will be open around 11am. Please go to the right side queue at the Margaret Street entrance (see below), at the side of the Port Office Hotel outside the dining room, as this priority entry to the event. If this is your first time, the busiest time is straight after the March and everyone queues at the door (we get through this pretty quickly!).

FAQ

Yes, you receive a discount on pre-purchase tickets. Note just prior to ANZAC Day and at the door discounts will be reduced or removed depending on ticket option and membership.

You can purchase one ticket for a single guest at the discounted price, and as many extra tickets full price tickets at the regular price. Example A - An RAQ Member or soldier attends and brings one guest, entitlement is two tickets at the member/soldier price. Example B - A - An RAQ Member or soldier attends and brings two guests, entitlement is two tickets at the member/soldier price and one at the non-member price.

After 2000hrs on 21 April 2026 ticket prices will revert to $32 for members and serving soldiers plus up to one guest, and $45 for all other guests.

Yes, This is a private event. Entry is restricted to ticket holders only until 1400hrs.

The RAQ have to advise the Port Office of numbers and commit Association funds to cover the cost. If you purchase a ticket to this event and choose not to attend, you are generally not entitled to a refund, regardless of the reason for non-attendance, including illness or other unforeseen circumstances.
